If the thread is rolling, this is great! I'm currently a student in university and I work overnights, so my tagging schedule can be all over the place. I tend to be faster with texting threads because I can tag those pretty quickly while on the go.

Totally fine with characters having some vague knowledge of Eddie and Venom via the media or by word of mouth. He's not exactly subtle, and his face has been in the news for Various Reasons. He’s a world-renown journalist and also a wanted fugitive.

⯌ Off-Limits

Excessive gore. Like, excessive, excessive. Venom eats people and he's got the whole body horror, mind horror, eldritch horror from outer space thing going on... but he's pretty neat when he chows down.

Not a big fan of cross-medium or genderbends/cis-swaps. Cross medium is a little harder to avoid since comics, but I prefer to stick with fellow LAs when out on memes.

This portrayal is 80% film-based and 20% comics-based, mostly because the current version of Eddie in the comics is so, so different than Tom Hardy's portrayal. But there's some good stuff in there that's worth pulling from.

Sadly, I'm pretty canon-blind when it comes to Marvel. It may or may not affect my portrayal of Eddie, since so far in his films he hasn't had much interaction with fellow Marvel heroes. If there's some in-universe knowledge that Eddie should have, please let me know!
